Jennifer Lopez has confessed she asks her employees to address her as 'Mom' because she feels so maternal to them all.

Earlier this month, Jennifer sparked rumours she was about to become a real life mother after she was spotted shopping for baby clothes at Beverly Hills store Petite Tresor.
Sources claimed the sexy star even confessed to staff the tiny clothes were for her baby.
"JLo came in to buy some little outfits We all presumed it was for a niece or a family friend, but she said, 'It's for me' "She then smiled and carried on looking around before buying some early-learning books"
