Jennifer Lopez's new reality show auditions descended into chaos when two animal rights protesters stormed the stage.
The singer-and-actress is producing reality show Glow After Dark to promote her new perfume of the same name, but protesters from Peta gatecrashed the auditions at a California branch of US department store Macy's.
One protester took the stage, pretending to audition, and said: "I think the most important thing about being a diva is not only being sexy and being stylish, but is not wearing real f***ing fur! You're such a fur-cat J Lo."
She was dragged off stage by the presenters while a second protester jumped on stage brandishing an anti-fur poster and chanting "J. Lo ho!"
J. Lo is auditioning for five girls to live as divas with a VIP lifestyle for two weeks in a swanky New York apartment while cameras record them 24-hours a day.
The star was not present at the audition but she and a panel will choose 100 hopefuls from the audition tapes to compete to appear in the final.
