Jennifer Lopez hopes spinach will help her conceive

Jennifer Lopez is so desperate for a baby with husband Marc Anthony that she’s started eating spinach three times a day.
IOL.com is reporting that Jennifer’s doctor recommended she started eating more spinach to boost her intake of folic acid, which is beneficial for conception and during pregnancy.
“Since my doctor recommended it I’ve been on spinach omelettes for breakfast, spinach salad for lunch and sauteed spinach with every dinner,” she has said.
“I guess if the spinach doesn’t help me conceive, I’ll still end up with Popeye-sized muscles.”

Jennifer Lopez and Eva Longoria are to team up for a new film in which they will play sisters.
According to Sky News, Lopez has penned the script for the new film and is desperate for Longoria to play opposite her.
The comedy film tells the story of two sisters; both successful in Hollywood who falls out and tell all to the press about their sibling.
Sounds quite good…I wonder in Lopez did really write the thing…shooting on the movie is scheduled to kick off this September.

Jennifer Lopez has ditched regular stylist Oribe, who charges $10,000-a-day for his services, after a string of alleged bust-ups.
However, sources close to J.Lo deny there has been any rift and insists the two parted company amicably.
One insider said: 'There was no fight - she just stopped using him.'
After being told his scissors were no longer required, Oribe is now planning to concentrate on running his exclusive Miami salon, whose clients include Leonardo DiCaprio's former lover, supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
Lopez's relationship with Oribe hit the headlines last year after she demanded bosses on low-budget film 'Bordertown' pay the stylist's extravagant charges to look after her locks.
A set insider said at the time: ''Bordertown' is an independent movie - meaning no studio is attached - and there is no one to pay her outrageous bills. Antonio Banderas who is starring in the movie isn't asking for anything, but she is!'

The long time rumour is that they’ve been high on the director’s wish list, Variety has presented the first corroboration that talks are happening between Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson for Director Robert Luketic’s upcoming TV-to-film offering, ‘Dallas’.
Apparently Lopez is in talks to play Sue-Ellen, while Wilson might be possibly pulling on the trousers of Bobby Ewing. Colin Farrell, was thought to be the frontrunner for that role, but that doesn’t seem to be in the cards.
It is really no surprise that Luketic has offered a role to Lopez though. He loved working with her on "Monster-In-Law" apparently - and has been interested in finding something else for her them to work on together. If the duo agrees to provisionally move to Southport, then they’ll join John Travolta, who’s playing J.R Ewing, and Shirley MacLaine, who’s playing Miss Ellie Ewing in the upcoming production.

Argentinean director Alejandro Chomski ("Hoy y Ma?ana") has been tapped to direct "Reggaeton," which is being co-produced by Jennifer Lopez's Nuyorican Productions. According to Variety, the movie is expected first out of the gate in what is shaping up to be a bumper crop of films based on the bilingual hip-hop/Latin/reggae hybrid style of music. It is slated to begin filming in New York and Puerto Rico in the spring. (MTV)

Jennifer Lopez was not nominated for any awards Sunday night, but the star who stole the spotlight when she presented in one of the hottest gowns of the evening still had fun at the show.
"I always love the acceptance speeches," Lopez said. "You know, when everybody gets really emotional and thanks their mom and dad and their husbands, and their inspiration and their music. I'm a sucker for that stuff."

Lopez chose a vintage green gown for the evening, but the actress who won best dressed in her eyes was fellow presenter Uma Thurman who wore a cap-sleeved, chiffon-skirted cream dress.
"Gorgeous when she walked out — oh!" Lopez said. "She's just so statuesque, that beautiful dress, it was perfect for her skin tone."

Lopez attended the Oscars with her husband, Marc Anthony.
"It's just great. I love the Oscars," Lopez said. ""My husband has never been, so it's his first Oscars. It's like my fifth or sixth time so I'm, like, a veteran."
But at least one moment surprised Lopez — Three 6 Mafia's win for original song.
"I was a little surprised," Lopez said. "I'm happy for them. They were ecstatic and that's a beautiful thing. You want people who are not jaded, and they bring that life into the room. It was really beautiful."

Jennifer Lopez was added Tuesday to the growing list of presenters for the 78th Academy Awards at Hollywood`s Kodak Theatre.

The star of 'Monster-in-Law' and 'An Unfinished Life' recently finished shooting 'Bordertown' and will be seen next in 'El Cantante.'

Previously announced presenters include Hilary Swank, Jamie Foxx, Morgan Freeman, Jessica Alba, Owen Wilson, Luke Wilson, Jennifer Aniston, Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock.

Also scheduled to present awards during the March 5 gala are Keanu Reeves, Will Ferrell, Queen Latifah, Clint Eastwood, Terrence Howard, Meryl Streep, Will Smith, Steve Carell, Nicole Kidman, Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges, Uma Thurman, Charlize Theron, Naomi Watts, Lily Tomlin, Reese Witherspoon and George Clooney.

The Academy Awards will be broadcast live on ABC.
