Star magazine reports that Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony made a special stop at a Spanish-style chapel during a brief vacation at a seaside resort in Los Cabos, Mexico on October 9th. "J.Lo is now turning to prayer, hoping that if she prays hard enough, God will see His way to bless her and Marc with a baby," a source told the tabloid. The couple spent about 10 minutes inside the chapel, the source says, adding, "From the way they looked -- smiling and happy -- you could tell something special happened in there."

Jennifer Lopez has been named as the cover girl of next year's glamorous Pirelli calendar. .
The beautiful star was snapped in steamy poses on the French Riviera for the calendar - which will be unveiled in Paris on November 18. Kate Moss will also feature - despite being dropped by other high-profile ad campaigns in the wake of her drug scandal. .
The Italian tyre firm has claimed it didn't even consider dumping the supermodel from its prestigious 2006 calendar. .
Julie Naylor, Pirelli UK's communications manager, told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "There was no chance that Kate would have been dropped from the calendar. We decided to stick with her because professionally she has always been great for us and a wonderful ambassador. What she does in her private life is no concern of ours." .
However according to reports the firm had no choice about keeping 31-year-old Kate because the calendar - which features the stunning catwalk queen four times - had already been printed. .

Jennifer Lopez Loves Her Bottom

Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez has recently revealed that she's spending hours in the gym, to work out the shapes of her body, especially her famous bottom.
Jennifer, 36, confessed that she and her personal trainer had developed a special regime of training, which involves squats and weights, to perfectly tone her admired posterior.
She says: "I do special squats and work with loads of weights in the gym to achieve my butt. And in a way I'm kind of flattered when people compliment me for having a big ass."
Jennifer's famously large and shapely rear end has been the subject of much attention and many [Blocked Ads]jokes, as when Chris Rock wisecracked at the MTV Video Music Awards that Lopez in her speech after winning an award "should have thanked her ass".
Lopez herself joked that it's so large and upstanding that it could be used as a tray to serve drinks at parties. (This is a variant on an old joke. Groucho Marx once remarked that the one sister in his otherwise all-brother family had "a rear end that stuck a-way out... you could play pinochle on her rear end!")
In a skit at the MTV Video Music Awards, Triumph, the Comic Insult Dog begged Lopez to let him sniff her bottom, claiming that it was the equivalent of climbing Mount Everest for a dog.
However, Lopez does have her limits. On a Hollywood television gossip show in 2004, a moronic interviewer asked her, "How do you feel about your butt?" Her answer was a steely look, and "I can't believe you're asking me a question like that."

Jennifer Lopez fragrance ads debut online with New Woman site takeover

LONDON - The Lancaster Group is launching Jennifer Lopez's new fragrance Live online, ahead of television ads that will hit the UK at the end of November.

The star's perfume is pushed though a homepage takeover at www.newwoman.co.uk in a campaign that runs until November. It features a full-length video of the TV ad directed by Jean-Baptiste Mondino, as well as banners and a Skyscraper format.

The takeover aims to drive awareness to the target audience of 16- to 34-year-old women, through a "Live to Dance" theme.

Emap Advertising has created dance-related content where users are invited to "Get into the mood with Live Jennifer Lopez", including a poll where visitors pick their favourite dance track of all time. There is also fashion advice on what to wear on the dance floor and a competition to win the ultimate salsa night out.

The campaign was planned through media agency OMD UK.

Paul Law, assistant brand manager at Coty, said: "We are utterly delighted with both the campaign and the standard of creative work from Emap Advertising. The takeover has been thoroughly effective, demonstrating the inspiration for the fragrance in a stylish manner and to a large and highly relevant audience."

Sky News reports that Jennifer Lopez isn't completely satisfied with her body image. "I'm very lucky: I've got good genes, and I've been athletic my whole life," Lopez said. "I'm ahead of the game - I'm more in shape than I would be if I didn't do what I did. But it's tough, and I do have issues. My body is not what it used to be; my stomach is not flat. People are like, 'Your stomach is flat!' But I'm like, 'It used to be really flat, like it was concave.'" Read more.

Lopez joins Hollywood trail to Mexico's murder town

The plight of more than 400 women murdered in a Mexican city in the last 12 years is to get the Hollywood treatment in a new movie starring Jennifer Lopez.
Lopez and co-stars Antonio Banderas and Martin Sheen are currently filming in the Mexican border town of Nogales, where a set resembling the streets of Ciudad Juarez, where the murders took place, has been erected.

In Bordertown, Lopez plays a Chicago-based reporter whose crusading investigations in Juarez, just across the border from Texas, awaken her sense of identity as a Latin woman. Banderas plays a US-trained reporter who runs a local newspaper and Sheen plays Lopez's editor, who is reluctant to take the story seriously. (more)

Lopez keeps an open mind to plastic surgery

Jennifer Lopez accepts she may one day have plastic surgery, now she's getting older.
While many of her celebrity counterparts have spoken out against those who go under the knife to maintain their looks, Lopez, 36, has opted to take a more neutral stance, as she's unsure how she'll feel about surgery in years to come.
She says: "If people want to get enhancements here and there and little shots or whatever… I don't do it, but I don't want to judge because I don't know how I'll feel when I'm 40 or 50 and if that is something I would do. (more)
